Brook Place

 Brook Place is a mid 17th Century House, Listed Grade 2*.  The project was initially to obtain a change of use from an institution to a single residential dwelling.  Listed building and planning applications followed to extend and for an extensive renovation.  All services, bathrooms and the kitchen needed replacing with the design reflecting a prestigious country house.  As part of the planning and construction process remedial work was identified to the roof structure and brick gables and a programme of repairs and rebuilding work undertaken and agreed with the Local Authority Conservation Officer.
